West Lancashire District Council commissioned CCNW to carry out improvements to the access and infrastructure within Elmer’s Clough by re-profiling the existing footpath that runs through Elmer’s Clough.
CCNW also created additional footpath sections and new steps, allowing improved access to the Clough.
