CCNW Winning the fight against Knotweed.
Conservation Contracts continuing program of Japanese Knotweed treatment for various land owners including Bolton Metro is effective in controling and destroying infestations of this invasive alien species. Seeking specific licences for environmentaly sencetive areas and using Environment Agency guidlines we have had sucess in eliminating stands of Knotweed in and around the borough.
